I went to my doctor, who told me it was “just menopause.” As if that explained everything and there was nothing I could do about it.
So I started researching on my own. I spent hundreds of hours reading clinical studies, nutrition journals, and supplement reviews. I tried dozens of products β wasted a lot of money on things that didn’t work β and slowly started to find what actually made a difference for my body.
I started sharing my research with friends who were going through the same thing. They started feeling better. They told their friends. And Vitamins Women Guide was born.
Today I dedicate my time to researching, testing, and reviewing supplements specifically for women over 50 β with honesty, warmth, and real science. No fluff. No sponsored content. Just what actually works.
